Subject: Application to increase the frequency of bus service in my area
Sir/Madam,
I am a student of S.D College, Delhi and use the bus service at Pusa Road route in the morning to travel to my college from my home at Karol Bagh. I would like to bring this to your attention the fact that public buses commute on the above route are insufficient to meet the needs of the public. As you are aware that the said route remains very congested and it is a huge task to get a seat in a public bus. The buses are running invariably late and are even overcrowded. Also, It is not possible to hire a taxi every time.
Hence I humbly request you to make necessary arrangements to increase the frequency of bus services in the area for a better public transport experience. This will help the citizens as there will be decrease in accidents. People will also feel comfortable with the affordable and less congested transportation system.
