7 (a) When blue vitriol is allowed to heat it decomposed by loosing its water of crystallisation and changes its colour from blue to white .
CuSO4 . 6H2O → CuSO4 + 6 H2O
(b) Transparent crystal of washing soda changes to white powder
Na2CO3 . 10 H2O → Na2CO3 . H2O + 9 H2O
(C) No change in the colour of the litmus paper as water in neutral.
