Dear Student,

Balanced force essentially means that the net force acting on an object is zero.

So, if F = 0
Then, we know that 
F = ma 
a = F/m => 0/1
a = 0
=> a = 0 which means the body is either at rest or moving at a constant velocity.

So, when balanced forces are acting on an object of mass 1 kg, then acceleration of the object will be zero.
