State :
(i) Whether these elements belong to same group or period.
(ii) Arrange them in order of increasing metallic character.

(ii) The arrangement of the elements in increasing the order of the metallic character is as follows: A<C<B. This is because the metallic character is directly proportional to the melting point of elements. So, metallic character increases with the increasing melting point.
