Ac per the Bohr's theory there are maximum 2n² no. of electrons can be present in any shell where n = no. of shell
Now shells :           K     L     M     N
value of n  :           1       2      3      4
No. of electrons :   2      8       18    32 
Now in the given options ( A) is more correct 
Reason :  In this option in third shell 8 electrons can accommodate but not 18 and in fourth shell 18 can be present
