It is totally correct statement that water should be rationed or controlled whether it is used by poor or rich.
This statement finds its way through the increasing need of water rationing due to an availability and scarcity which has resulted due to excess use.
It is purpose and indeed hi hundred that we live in such a society e where at one place water is wasted fluently without any restriction and in the other hand in poor societies water is released only for a certain duration of day. The regulation of water supply should not be based upon the social strata.
water is essential for livelihood and life of a person is equally important for the nation whether he is poor or rich therefore the government should curtail the discrimination that is prevailing just because rich have more resources.
