1. It would be good if you define a time-period or date by when you want the items to be delivered.
2.  ‘Withdrawing a cheque’ doesn’t seem right. You can write ‘attaching a cheque’.

3. Last line is not clear – 'rest of the items will be given after the delivery'. Please change this.
