Q) why has India not been able to achieve the goal of education for all??
Dear Student,
There are many reasons of India not been able to achieve the goal of education for all:-
1) Discrimination among Children- Discrimination being on the basis of caste, gender, and income.
2) Poverty in the country
3) Low living standards
4) Lack of Educational Infrastructures
5) Mentality of Indians : Girls are often not sent to school because they are supposed to help in household chores.
