Pls answer A)2 B)2 and 3
Q.10.(a)(ii) When an alpha particle gains two electrons it becomes neutral and becomes an atom of an element which is a rare gas. What is the name of this rare gas?
(b)(ii) What happens inside the nucleus that causes the emission of beta particle?
(iii) Express the above change in the form of an equation.

Dear Student,

2) An alpha particle which is effectively a He – nucleus with a charge of +2 units gains two electrons and get transformed into neutral He – atom.

3)

On emission of a β-particle, the mass number remains the same but the atomic number is increased by one, thus, changing into a nucleus of another element. In an unstable nucleus number of neutron is greater than protons so the neutron changes to a proton to achieve stability by emmiting an electron called beta particle.Reaction is as followed,Neutronproton +beta particleregards
