 Hence 1000Ω resistor is bypassed
Req=500+500=1000Ω Current drawn by the battery is,I=VReq=41000=4×10-3A=4mA  , Option 1At t=∞ , capacitor is fully charged and is open
Req=500+100+500=2000Ω Current drawn by the battery is,I=VReq=42000=2×10-3A=2mAVoltage across the capacitor will be p
d  across  1000Ω  resistor
V=IR=2×10-3×1000=2VCharge on capacitor ,Q=CV=6μF×2V=12μCHence options 2,3 and 4 are wrong
