Measures taken by government to curb pollution:
1. Government has encouraged use of CNG as only fuel to be used by automobiles as CNG is cleaner fuel.
2. To discourage people from using their private vehicles, Delhi governmental authorities increased the parking fees by four times.
3. Clean India Mission (Swatch Bharat Abhiyan) has been launched by government.
4. Promotion for using public transport network is done by government.
