a)The objective of this experiment is to show that Carbon dioxide is necessary for photosynthesis.
b) No it will not work satisfactorily as lime water does not absorb Carbon dioxide.
c) instead of lime water we have to use potassium hydroxide because it absorbs Carbon dioxide.
d)We should destarch the plant before starting the experiment by keeping it in darkness for about 48 hrs.
