- The result being that the population with brains do not feel like returning to India.
- Steps should be taken by the government to stop brain drain by encouraging more industries to flourish in India.
- The youth should be given a reason to stay back in their country and serve the country by working for its benefit.
- Brain drain refers to the migration of skilled and educated manpower from rural to urban area and from domestic to foreign country.
- Brain drain occurs because individual finds better job and growth opportunities outside the country.
- From an individual perspective it is beneficial as it helps him to grow economically, but for an economy it is a serious issue.
