The breakdown of Glycogen is called as Glycogenolysis.
2.The ATP levels are increased because they provide the energy for the exercise to perform.
3.The Lactate levels are increased because it is produced in anaerobic respiration.
4.The pH is decreased due to accumulation of Lactate which is an acid.
