Priya got injured in an accident and hurt her long bone and later on she was also diagnosed with anaemia .What could be the probable reason

Inside the bone there is a cavity known as bone marrow in which production of blood corpuscles and fats take place. It might be possible that during the accident there would have been an injury in the bone and its not forming blood corpuscles.
