Q.3 10:13 AN UWhfch of following has maximum number of atoms? a) 24 gofqmol.weight. 12 gmol-V) b) 48 g 32 grnor') d) Reaction of with Nazco, in aqueous solution gives bromide evolution of COzgas. The of sodium bromide molecules equation is 3. If we Consider that 1/6 in place 1/12, mass Of carbon atom istakento bethe unit. the mass of One rnole of Wbstance will ow many rnoles Of magnesium phosphate, contain 0.25 mole of oxygen The density (in gmL") Of a 3€ M acid So'ution that is 29 % H.SO. (molar masa* or') by mass will be A 5.2 molal aqueous solution of methyl supEed. What is the mole fraction methyl alcohol in the;olution? Calculate the rumber of moles of nitrogen dioxide NOZ that could be prepared from 03S mol Of nitrogen oxide and 0.25 mol of oxmn_ 2NOIÆ 2NOzg, 8. urea (H2NCONH2) is manufactured by passing COB.) through ammonia solution followed by crystalüsation C02 the reution is prepared by combustion Of —combustion Of 236 kg of a saturated hydrocarbon (CnH2n.') produces as much C02 as required for Of 999.6 kg urea then what is the molecular formula Of hydrocarbon? 9. The concentration of bivalent lead ions in a sample of polluted water that also contains nitrate is d«rmned by adding solid sulphate (M. z 142 gmol") to exactly SOO mL Of water- gculate the molarity of lead ions if 0.35" pf sodium sulphate was needed for complete recipitation Of lead ions as sulphate. Sulphuric acid reacts with sodium hydroxide as follon•s: HZSO. • 2Na6H Nan • 2H20 of sulphuric acid solution is to react With IL Of 0.1M sodium hydroxide solution, what is the amount of sodium sulphate formed and its molarity in the solution? ii h.emogfcbin (molecular weight 67200) contains 0.33% of iron by weight, then what is the of iron atoms present in one molecüle of haemoglobin?

Dear Student,
If 1/6 is used in place of 1/12 mass of Carbon then the mass of 1 mol of substance will remain unaltered.
Since 1 mole = NA×mass of 1 atom
when we use 1/6 th in place of 1/12 then 1 a.m.u=2 a.m,u
now the new Avogadro number NA becomes NA2  since the atomic mass corresponding to it becomes 6 gm.
so 1 mole = NA2×2 a.m.u
Hence the mass remains unchanged.
Regards!
