Four time the number is equal to the cube of the square root of the number
4x = (x1/2)3
4x  = x3/2
(4x)2 = x3
16 x2 = x3
x3/x2 = 16
x = 16
The Number multiplied by half of its square root is
x * 1/2(x1/2)
= 16 * 1/2( 161/2)
= 16 * 1/2(4)
= 16 * 2
= 32
