Q.4. What kind of law was imposed by Hitler?
Q.5. What did the yellow star indicate and why was it compulsary?

Dear student,

Answer 4: Anti-jew Law or the Anti-defection law was imposed by Hitler on the Jews. There were many restrictions on Jews. They were required to wear a yellow star. They were required to turn in their bicycles, were forbidden to use streetcars, were forbidden to ride in cars, even their own. They were required to do their shopping between 3 and 5 P.M only. They were required to visit only Jewish-owned barbershops and beauty parlours. They were not allowed to be out on the streets between 8 P.M. and 6 A.M. They were also not allowed to go to theaters, movies or any other forms of entertainment.

Answer 5: The yellow star badge was worn by Jews to differentiate them from the Nazis. It was compulsory because the movement of Jews was restricted under the rule of Hitler, who planned to eventually distroy the entire race. The badges helped the Nazis to indentify Jews in public and track their movement.
