STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION :1
 Draw an obtuse angle ∠XYZ with the help of protractor whose measure is greater than 90° but less than 180°
2  Draw a ray QR 3
 With Y as centre and taking convenient radius draw an arc that intersects YZ at L and XY at M
4
 With Q as centre and taking same radius in step 3 draw an arc that intersects QR at A
5
 With L as centre and taking convenient radius draw an arc that intersects XY at M
6
 With A as centre and taking the same radius taken in step 5, draw an arc that cut the previuos arc step 4 at B
7  Through B, draw QP
Now, ∠PQR is the required angle that is equal to ∠XYZ
