Let the side of the smaller square = a  unitso it's diagonal = 2×side = a2 unitnow its diagonal will be the side of the bigger square because EG = AD = BC so perimter of larger square = 4×a2 unit and perimeter of smaller square = 4a unit so bigger squareouter has more perimeter,Now second query, perimeter of smaller square = 4a unit and here diameter of circle = a2so radius of circle =a22 unit so circumference of circle = 2πr = 2×3

4274 a >4a so circle's circumference is more than smaller square
