Q. The student of class IX have made a tabular game showing the symbols of some elements and the valencies of these elements. These blocks of the table somehow got mixed up as shown below:

On basis of these blocks, the teacher asked a student to volunteer and Vikas stood up take up the challenge. The teacher asked him to answer the following questions:
a. Choose the symbol of an element from among the blocks which exhibits valencies of 3 and 5. What is the name of this element? Is it a metal or a non-metal?
b. Work out the formula of the compound formed between the element of valency 3 and the element of valency 2. Also name the compound.
c. What values are displayed by Vikas during this session in the class?
