solution to your 5th query is given below

Passengers jumping out of rapidly moving bus fall forward with face downward because when they jump their body is still in otion due to inertia of motion, when their feets touches ground, their feet comes to rest due to friction while upper partt of body still remains in motion due to which their face falls downward when they do not run forward
When they run forward while jumping they are able to balance their whole body moves forward and there is no harm due to inertia of motion as they slowly stop themselves without hurting
