In biology, vector is defined as an agent which can carry some substance or information from one place to another. There are various types of vectors : 

 1) Insect vectors: Some insects like mosquitoes, lice act as vectors and transfer disease causing microorganisms from one organism to another. 

 2) Cloning vectors: These are used to transfer DNA from one cell to another. 

 b) Vector of Malaria - bites of infected female Anopheles mosquitoes
Malaria is caused by protozoa of the genus Plasmodium.

c) Disease caused by bacteria - Typhoid
Disease caused by Virus - Chicken pox

B) vector of malaria is Anopheles mosquito and microbe is plasmodium.

C) disease by bacteria= cholera
Disease by virus = influenza
