Method 1-

To determine which needle is magnetised take a magnaetic compass and keep one needle near it if the compass needle points in a direction other than north south direction then the needle is magnetic.

Method 2-

To determine that the needle is magnetised or not bring a bar magnet and check if any of its sides repell the magnet (because an iron needle and magnet both will attract the magnet but the one which is magnetic will only repell the magnet )if it  does then the needle is magnetised.
