Ranjan went to play with 60 marbles .In 8 games he gained (-5)marbles each and in 4 games he gained 4 marbles each.How many marbles did ranjan have at the end?

Ranjan was having 60 marbles
in 8 games he gained (-5) marbles means 8*(-5)= (-40)
This means he is left with 60 - 40 = 20 marbles 
Now he gained 4 marbles in 4 games means 4*4 = 16
So marbles left with Ranjan = 20 + 16 = 36 marbles
