Rebate on debtors at the time of dissolution of the firm

Dear Student,
At the time of dissolution of the firm debtor will be transferred to Realisation A/c, the entry will be :-

Date	Particulars	L.F	Debit	Credit
	Realisation A/c  Dr
	To Debtors A/c
	(Being Debtors transferred.)

When the debtors realised and we give rebate to debtors on the amount to be paid by them, the entry will be :-

Date	Particulars	L.F	Debit	Credit
	Debtors A/c  Dr.
	To Realisation A/c
	(Being Debtors realised.)

In the amount column we will write amount minus rebate given.
