It gives me immmense pain to inform that I had purchased my MeritNation Course for Class 10 on Nov. 2012 and Acc. to your Scheme I can have free access for Class 11 as well. My subject is PCM So I called and I got acess to the specified subject along with Vedic Math and Personality Development and Summer Course as well. But today I recieved a phone call from an Counseller informing me that I had Not purchased the course and before I could tell about the Nov. Scheme the call was cut. And Now without informing me my Acess is denied and I can’t even login. I am getting no response. Even I rang at Customer Care No. i.e. 011 – 40705050 but nothing happened.

I am trust worthy to your services but please contact me and re -start my acess to Class 11

As I purchased on Nov. 2012 for Class 10 and Before taking such Major Step ( Denying My Acess) Please at least inform me. I have already provided my contact Info so Please for any Assistance or Doubts contact me and at least inform me about your steps.

Right to Information is my Constitutional Right and you can’t deny this.

Moreover, I had purchased the Course How can you just deny this fact.

You may check out the details of my Course which I purchased for Class 10 and I shall get back my FULL – ACCESS.
