santosh is a factory worker but she stays out of work for 2-3 months in a year. why?
Santosh remains out of work for 2 to 3 months in year because he is a casual employee or labourer whose work is not permanent and is employed on temporary basis only.He is employed when there is necessity. So he has to remain unemployed most of he time.
