If you have read the chapter carefully, you will be make out that though the aims of every games were different but interference of Sebastian led to every game sharing the common aim,i.e., to rescue Sebastian. In dragonquest, the aim was to rescue Princess Aurora and in Jailbreak it was to escape from prison. Also, clearly, Sebastian could not be the game since, these games had already been played by him and it would be highly impractical to think Sebastian playing the game in which Sebastian's memory has been saved.
