Ans. The Braille system, for visually challenged persons, is a visual aid.

Many blind people read specially printed books using the Braille system, developed by a French boy named Louis Braille in 1824.
Braille is a coded language based on logical system. Braille system has 63 dot patterns, characters.
These patterns when embossed on a sheet help the visually challenged people to recognize words by touching .
To make them easier to touch these dots are raised slightly .
For this pattern to succeed each pattern has to be memorized.
