Given,
Osmotic potential= solute potential= -35 atm (negative because presence of solute makes the solution to have less water than pure water would have had)

Turgor Potential= pressure potential= +9 units

As we know,
Water potential = Osmotic potential + pressure potential
                         = -35 + 9
                         = -26 units
