Answer to Q.9 is:
Dikus were outsiders who were mostly traders, moneylenders, contractors, etc..  They were considered evil. They gave loss to the producers and sold the products at 5 times the actual price. They were the 'mediators ' . Not only the Dikus, British were also considered evil.
