All the statements are incorrect, except the 5th statement.

The given image shows initiation of the assembly of mitotic spindle, which takes place during Prophase of mitosis.
Spindle fibres are collectively known as mitotic spindle. Between the separating asters, spindle-shaped fibres develop outside the nucleus during mitosis. The fibres that constitute the mitotic spindle, pull the chromatids apart towards opposite poles.
