Q. (a) Name one salt each of the following type
(i) Which gives acidic solution in water
(ii) Which gives alkaline solution in water
(iii) Which gives neutral solution in water
 

Dear Student 

The salt when dissolved in water, the acidity, basicity of the solution totally depends upon the strong conjugate part of the part.
If the salt is SASB - then the solution will neutral 
If the salt WASB - then the solution will be basic or alkaline.
If the salt is SAWB - then the solution will be acidic.

(i) The salt which is acidic in solution - NH4Cl.
(ii) The salt which is basic in solution - CH3COONa
(iii)  ​The salt which is neutral in the solution - NaCl
