Speech on he topic Animals are not for entertainment

Dear Student ,
Here is the answer for your question.
Good Morning Everyone, respected Principal Sir, honourable teachers and my dear friends
Today in front of you, I would like to share my views on the topic 'Animals are not meant for entertainment.
Animals are not the actors who perform to entertain others. Yet thousands of elephants, bears, apes, and others are forced to perform silly, difficult tasks under the threat of physical punishment. They are carted across the country in cramped, stuffy semi-truck trailers. The animals are kept chained or caged in barren, filthy enclosures; as well as they are regularly separated from their families and friends. This is all for the sake of entertainment. Many of them are even forced to perform until the day they die. This activity is one of the inhuman activities. If we can not bear continuous pain then we should not do the same with the animals as they are also living beings. We should take care of them as well as we should give love and care to them. Government should also ban such inhuman actions in the country. This is my view on the safety of the animals.
Thank you.

Regards

Such questions are meant to test your writing skills and should be attempted on your own. However, these points might help you elaborate:
- I am a regular reader of your esteemed daily and wish to draw your attention to the cruelty involved in forcing animals to perform for entertainment.
- We love to cheer and applaud animals that perform in circus or in movies.
- An elephant jumping through a hoop, a lion sitting on stools, a parrot picking up cards, etc.
- What we fail to notice is the ringmaster's whip, the horse rider's spurs or the bird handler's stick!
- Animals and birds are trained for long arduous hours, starved and beaten to make them learn tricks.
- It is high time we look for better, less inhuman ways to entertain ourselves.
