The nucleus is the main organelle of the cell that is surrounded by nuclear envelope. It contains DNA,  proteins and nucleolus.  It is the control center of the cell and controls the important functions like DNA replication and protein synthesis etc.

While as nucleolus is present inside the nucleus and is not covered by any membrane.It contains RNA and proteins. It performs the function of ribosome synthesis.

C.Onion peel is a plant cell and human cheek cell is an animal cell. The difference between plant and animal cell is as under:

Animal cell	Plant cell
Animal cells are generally small in size.	Plants cells are usually larger than animal cells.
Cell wall is absent.	Cell wall is present.
Except the protozoan Euglena, no animal cell possesses plastids.	Plastids (chromoplasts and leucoplasts) are present.
Vacuoles are smaller in size.	Vacuoles are larger in size.
