state 3 reasons of dishonour of a bill.

Idk whether there are 3 reasons or not but I think that it is only because the drawee is unable to meet the due date due to insolvency or bankruptcy .

Three reasons for dishonour of a bill of exchange are :
1. Dishonour by non acceptance : a bill of exchange is said to be dishonoured by non acceptance when the drawee makes the default in acceptance when he is required to accept the bill.
2. Dishonour by non payment : bill of exchange is said to be dishonoured by non payment when drawee makes default while the payment of a bill, when he is required to pay.
3. Insolvency of acceptor : insolvency of accepted means inability of the acceptor of a bill of exchange to make payment of the bill due date or when it is presented for payment.
