State modified Ampere's circuital law

The integral of the magnetic field B around a closed circuit path ∂S is equal to the sum of terms due to current density J through any surface spanning the loop and the displacement current ${\mathrm{\epsilon }}_0\raisebox{1ex}{$\mathrm{dE}$}\!\left/ \!\raisebox{-1ex}{$\mathrm{dt}$}\right.$ through the surface.
