Strategic consciousness means?

Strategic consciousness or strategic awareness refers to the amalgamation of strategic planning and personal awareness. There are opportunities all around us, but till we are fully aware and alert to their existence, we cannot utilise them. When one is aware, one is better prepared to evaluate the information or grab the  present opportunity. Strategic consciousness can see and recognise hitherto unseen opportunities. In this way, sustainable advantages can be explored.
