Strategy is a single use plan or a standing plan?

Strategy is a standing plan as it is repetitive in nature and a same strategy can be used again and again.

STRATEG IS STANDING PLAN BECAUSE  SAME STRATEGY CAN BE USED FOR MANY PLAN'S BUT THE OUTPUT FOR A PARTICULAR PLAN WHILE ALTERNATIVELY CHANGE

i think strategy is a single use plan because it changes according to the objectives
