sulphuric acid is added to water .will you get a mixture or a compound.why

we'll get a mixture of sulphuric acid and water(diluted H2SO4). The reason is- since water and sulphuric acid dont react w wont get compound. As in the case of sulphuric acid and sodium hydroxide(NaOH).

we will get a homogeneous mixture which will be an aqueous solution of sulphuric acid and water making the acid dilute.as no reaction take place between sulphuric acid and water as hydrogen from water can't displace the atom of same element hydrogen from sulphuric acid.

We will get a mixture as the acid will only get diluted and the properties of sulphuric acid will not be lost, whereas in a compound the individual properties are lost.
