Let the Nr be x and Dr be yOiginal fraction=xythen, x+y=8        --(1)also, x+2y+2=435⇒35x+2=4y+2⇒35x+70=4y+8⇒35x-4y=8-70⇒35x-4y=-62        --(2)solving (1) and (2)    x+y =8      ]×4  4x+4y=3235x-4y=-62      39x=-30   ⇒x=-3039
