Given : Diameter of wheel = 90 cm

$\Rightarrow radius of wheel = \frac{90}{2} cm = 45cm$

⇒ Distance covered in 1 revolution = Circumference of wheel = 2π × radius

$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 45 cm = \frac{1980}{7} cm$

$\Rightarrow Distance covered in 315 revolutions = \frac{1980}{7} \times 315 cm = 89100 cm = 891 m Hence the speed is 891 m/min = \frac{891}{1000} \times 60 km/hr = \frac{5346}{100} km/hr = 53.46 km/hr$
