The following points may help you:

Globalisation certainly has not had a uniform impact:

1.Several top Indian companies/producers  have been able to benefit from the increased competition.

2.They have invested in newer and latest technology and production methods and raised their production.
3. Industries have gained from successful collaborations with foreign companies.
4. Globalisation has enabled some large companies to emerge as multinationals themselves one can give examples of  Tata motors, Ranbaxy. Asian Paints, Sundaram Fasteners (nuts& bolts).

5. Local companies supplying raw material to MNC's have  also prospered.
6.While large industries and capitalist have benefited, several small industries have shut down Growth of MNC's,increased inflow of foreign goods have posed fierce competition to local industries.
7. Many small manufacturers, small scale industries had to shut down because of their inability to cope with foreign brands leading to unemployment. One can give example of Toys, tyres, vegetable oil, batteries where small manufacturers have been affected by increased competition.

 Impact on workers:

Globalization and pressure of competition has affected the workers in the following manner:

a. Casual workers are hired on contract when demand is high and laid off when demand declines.
b. There is no job security among workers.
c. They have long working hours, work night shifts on regular basis during peak season.
