see if meiocytes (2n) have 24 chromosomes den gamete cell is half of dat is ( n) so 

in gamete it will be 12 chromosomes(n)

now u have asked chromosomes in endosperm 

it means endosperm is (3n)

so, =3 x 12 = 36

therefore chromosomes in endosperm will be 36
