The patient aged 20 years, was having fever for more than a week. CBC done platelets found 43000 then next day 60000 reached

to 97000. Patient was diagnosed as having Dengue, dicharged from the Hospital when platelets were 97000. is this ok or he should wait until it improves to normal rate of 150000 or more. patient got weak and not afebrile now. please advise
