x / 2 + 2/ 3 = 1         ( 1 because maximum value probability can be is 1 )
(3x + 4) / 6 =1
3x + 4 = 1 * 6 = 6
3x = 6-4 = 2
x = 2/3

so,
x/3+ 2/3 =1
=> x+2=3
or x=3-2=1
So, x=1
