The rain changes its form but its content remains the same .Elucidate.(Poem - THE VOICE OF THE RAIN)

Solution-
In the poem ''The Voice of the Rain'', the rain says that it is 'altogether changed but yet the same'. By this, it means that it changes its form when travelling through the atmosphere and land. Sometimes it is in the form of vapours as it rises, while the appearance of it completely changes, the content remains the same. The content will be water only whether in liquid form or vapour form.
