ratio of radius is 1:3
heights are same
area of first cylinder is 50m3
volume of cylinder = pie*r2*h
ratio of volumes is=pie*r12*h/pie*r22*h
                            = r12/r22=12:32=1:9
                            vol of second cylinder=9*50=450m3
