The square of the hypotenuse of an isosceles right angle triangle is 72 sq. cm.  What is the length of each side?

Since the triangle is isosceles right-angled  triangle,

=>72=x²+x²=2x²

=>72/2=x²

=>36 = x²

=>x=6  cm

So, the length of each side=6 cm
